About the WILD program

Women in Leadership Development is one of Georgian Court University's signature programs for students.

Women in Leadership Development is one of Georgian Court University's signature programs for students.

Georgian Court’s groundbreaking Women in Leadership Development (WILD) program prepares women to take on local, national, and global leadership roles. The selective program is a comprehensive, four-year effort where students build their skills and knowledge in phases, each phase offering specific goals and stepping stones to foster their growth.

Ultimately, participants become confident and merciful leaders who excel personally and professionally, and then share their knowledge by mentoring others.

On the pages of our WILD blog, you’ll hear directly from women who are learning to lead in the classroom, around campus, and in  communities near and far.

As always, we welcome your feedback on our ideas, activities and viewpoints shared here.
